Symposium on "Whistle Blowing""Dissent in the Workplace: Should 'Whistle-Blowers' Be Protected?" is the title of an upcoming symposium to address ethical issues raised when an employee informs the public of an organization's unethical policies or practices. The symposium will be held on Tuesday, May 24, at 7 p.m. in Daly Science Center, Room 207, at Santa Clara University. Speakers include Patricia Werhane, Ph.D. (Loyola University of Chicago), author of Persons, Rights and Corporations, and Michael Phillips, author of Honest Business. The symposium is free and is open to the public. |
